Homeopathy is Worthless -- Mostly

Ben Goldacre, a UK medical doctor who is also employed by the media as a commentator on pseudoscience and the sociology of medicine, has an article in the Lancet discussing the efficacy of Homeopathy (free registration).

Ben says that even though five large meta-analyses of major homeopathy trials have shown that homeopathy produces no statistically significant benefit over a placebo, homeopathy may have a clinically useful role and that banning it would be an over-reaction.

The Pseudo-Science called Intelligent Design

According to Mike Elzinga, it doesn't take a judge to tell the difference between pseudo-science and real science -- anyone can tell the difference by simply comparing the activities of those who work on them.
